Let me blog about what I did on Labour Day first...then what happened during the subsequent days;)
Tuesday:
I woke up at 8 am to complete my assignments for the week and also revisions of my current topics as I realised that I need half a day to complete my tasks. The main bulk of my assignments is Chemistry TYS questions. Yes, I know, it's my weakest subject, that's why I am working so hard for it. Recently,I have finally passed my first lecture test; it's about Stoichiometry and Atomic Structure, and I am so elated! I told Mr Joseph Lee, my J2 chemistry tutor, and he was happy for me as well and told me to keep it up! I completed all questions of TYS on Atomic Structure in the morning first, and leaving the rest of the questions on Chemical Bonding for evening after I came back from River Valley High School Senior Band performance at ISTANA.
Okay, I went to watch the performance at ISTANA with one of my band mates Jun yu, and it's been some time since I attend any concert. I'd realised that I had not been enjoying my life as I had been pushing myself too hard in studying, so this time I have to play! At least I have been able to see Sarah Xing and Yong Sheng for this performance; I am able to catch up with my primary school band mates! Even though I only managed to say 'Happy Birthday' to Sarah and applaud and cheer when Yong Sheng stood up to play his solo on Alto Saxophone, I feel a sense of relief as I see them doing well and I am proud to say that their playing has improved a lot ever since I graduated from our primary school.
And on this trip to ISTANA, I have finally learnt how to get there!!! I know that my sense of direction and navigation is poor, so I at least I had done some research about how to get there. I can admit that I sound like a bimbo, but I am not one! Haha...

River Valley senior band played very well, some pieces I think I have heard of or played before. I remember listening them playing Disney Medley, Spring Breath March, March April May, and perhaps some Western Remix for concert band arrangement. I am just guessing, and I am not sure whether I am correct, but I really admire how well they performed in front of the huge crowd, especially, the drummer, who played like a rock star. Yong Sheng still looks quite the same from where Jun yu and I were standing, perhaps the only difference is his height! Sarah's familiar back view has somehow also remained unchanged as I could recognise straight away when I reached the performance site. Ms Chan was conducting the band with joy and enthusiasm, if I am the conductor of this band I think I will be also enjoying conducting this band as everyone is cooperative and enjoying themselves while performing! Nevertheless, I still love my PJCSB and WWCB and JWSB very much and I wish I can attend more concerts with my band mates!!! Good job well done RV senior band!

We bought Ms Chan a pink rose in Plaza Singapura on our way there. Hope that you like it, Ms Chan! Get well soon >v<
Friday, just yesterday:
In the morning on my way to school, I saw our new neighbourhood kitten at the bike parking area! At first, I meowed at it and expected it to be afraid of me, but it acknowledged my presence and came to me, with its sweetest, high-pitched 'meow'! Awwww...so cute! I squatted down, thanks to my strong legs, I sustained my position and played with it for 5 minutes. I soothe its small head with my index finger and it seems to love it. Then, I took out my phone to take pictures of it!
Its head is so small and its eyes are so vibrant and bright!!!!! Look at its long and pointy ears! Morever, it 'wears white socks' and has a white belly!!!!!
Then, it laid down and wanted me to play with it. I offer my hand to it and see if it would bite or snatch. It just grabbed my hand with its paw and sniffed. I rubbed its belly, took a few more pictures before I left for school! I have decided to call it 'Goma', which refers to black sesame in Japanese, as it really has the 'goma' aura!!!!!
When I came back home from school, I saw my other neighbourhood kitten, Little Panther the black kitten, and it played with me for a while. I'd realised that it has grown larger and I think it is now at its adolescence stage. Now you have learnt another fact about me; I love cats >v<
